Welcome to GoBrimble Directory (the “Directory”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Overview

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Directory and the services provided herein. 1.2 By registering, listing, or using the Directory, you agree to these Terms. 1.3 The Directory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Directory constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register a business or use the Directory, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent the business. 2.2 The Directory reserves the right to approve or reject any listing submission at its discretion.

3. Listing Packages

3.1 The Directory offers various packages, including Basic, Featured, and Premium VA-Managed Listing Services. Each package includes specific features and pricing outlined on the Directory’s website. 3.2 Payment for all packages is required upfront, whether monthly or annually. The Premium VA-Managed Listing Service requires a one-time setup fee. 3.3 The Directory reserves the right to modify package features or pricing. Existing listings will not be affected until the next renewal period.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments are processed via secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize the Directory to charge the specified amount for your selected package. 4.2 All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues where services cannot be provided as described. 4.3 Annual subscriptions are eligible for discounted rates as specified on the website. 4.4 Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your listing.

5. Responsibilities of Users

5.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in your listing, including business name, contact details, and descriptions. 5.2 You agree not to upload content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive;

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations;

• Contains offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material. 5.3 Users must promptly notify the Directory of any changes to their business information to ensure the accuracy of listings.

6. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services

6.1 Premium VA-Managed Listings include services such as posting your business on 100+ other directories and managing listings monthly. 6.2 The Directory does not guarantee the acceptance of your listing on third-party directories. 6.3 Monthly performance reports are provided as part of the Premium VA-Managed package. Users are responsible for reviewing and addressing any discrepancies.

7. Termination and Removal of Listings

7.1 The Directory reserves the right to remove listings that:

• Violate these Terms;

• Are reported as fraudulent or inaccurate;

• Fail to maintain timely payments. 7.2 Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting the Directory. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription term.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Users retain ownership of the content submitted for their listings. By submitting content, you grant the Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content as necessary for the Directory’s operation. 8.2 The Directory’s branding, design, and content are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Directory is not responsible for:

• Losses incurred as a result of inaccuracies in your listing;

• Failure of third-party directories to accept or display your listing;

• Any interruptions or technical issues that may affect the Directory’s services. 9.2 The Directory’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the user for their listing package within the preceding 12 months.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 The Directory respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation between the user and the Directory. 11.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction], as per applicable laws.
